Description
The furnished 2-room flat in the west (Lindenau) of Leipzig has a nice balcony.
For a long time, Lindenau and neighbouring Plagwitz were the industrial heart of Leipzig. Visible traces are still the old factories or the canal built by the industrial pioneer Karl Heine, which connects the waters of Leipzig with the Lindenau harbour. In Lindenau, however, it is no longer machines that set the pace, but the lively Leipzig art and culture scene.
The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa corner. The American kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a dining counter for 2 people.
The bedroom (quietly located towards the inner courtyard, with access to the balcony) is equipped with a double bed (1.40 m). A small workplace is integrated.
The bathroom has a shower/washing machine.
The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:
- surcharge for each additional person: EUR 100 per month
- advance payment for electricity: EUR 65 per month
- heating cost surcharge (October until April): EUR 50 per month
- wifi: EUR 30 per month
- cable TV: EUR 20 per month
- broadcasting fees
- final cleaning: EUR 35 net per hour
