The water city of Leipzig shows itself from its best side in Plagwitz: Karl Heine Canal and the canal network of the White Elster invite you to take extensive paddling tours. Plagwitz is considered a hotspot of the creative scene. With a living area of 50 m², the flat is divided into a spacious living area with an open kitchen (without dishwasher) and a dining table for 2 people.

The bedroom is quietly located towards the inner courtyard and is equipped with a double bed (1.60m) as well as a workspace.

The bathroom offers a bathtub. A washing machine is available.
