Südvorstadt stretches between the centre of Leipzig and the Connewitz district and is undoubtedly the trendy district par excellence. As a centre of attraction for all young people and those young at heart - whether students, families, artists or creative types - Südvorstadt offers countless opportunities for going out and shopping. The heart of Südvorstadt is Karl-Liebknecht-Straße - better known to Leipzigers as the Karli. The hippest cafés, bars, restaurants and clubs are located here.

The flat convinces with an open modern character. The living room is equipped with a cosy seating area, a dining table for up to 4 people and a double bed (1.40 m).
