For a long time, Lindenau and neighboring Plagwitz were the industrial heart of Leipzig. Visible traces of this past can still be seen today in the old factory buildings and the canal built by industrial pioneer Karl Heine, which connects Leipzigs waterways with Lindenau Harbor. This interesting district is home to a lively art and culture scene.

The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa corner and a round dining table for up to 4 people. The American kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher.

The bedroom is quietly located facing the inner courtyard and is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m). From here, you can access the inviting balcony. The small workspace is also convenient for working from home.
