On the second floor is the living area with couch, coffee table, stool, lowboard with flatscreen TV, shelf and a desk with chair.
On the top floor is the bedroom with a double bed and closet.
The living and sleeping areas have floorboards.
An optional parking space in the courtyard is available for € 60.00 per month.
A final cleaning fee of € 300.00 is payable on moving out.
