Dining room with 4 chairs provides ample space.

The upper level has the bedroom with double bed (1.8 m wide).

The 3rd room is furnished with a single bed and cupboard.

Kitchen is furnished and equipped with everything for daily needs such as oven, ceramic stove top, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric water kettle, dishes etc.

The 1st bathroom has a bathtub, chest of drawers, mirror cabinet with shelfing area, wash basin, toilet; the 2nd bathroom has a shower, wash basin and mirror and another toilet.

Shopping opportunities for daily needs and Main Station are only a few walking minutes away.

Upon move-out, a final cleaning fee of around 200.00 € will be charged.

Monthly rent is stated plus costs for electricity based on consumption. For 3 persons the rent increases by € 200.00. Tenant is responsible for broadcasting fees.
