The furniture of the living area consists of a wall unit, rollcontainer with flatscreen TV, shelves, stereo and a dining table with 4 chairs.

The bedroom is furnished with a single bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), bedside table, wardrobe and a desk with office chair.

The open kitchenette is equipped with all utensils of daily needs such as dishes, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker etc.

The brightly tiled daylight bathroom has a shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, towel heater and a toilet.

The washing machine can be shared by arrangement for a fee of € 10.00 per wash.

The weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is already included in the rental price.

Parking is available in front of the house sufficiently. Shops, restaurants, and the forest area for relaxing walks along the Ludwig-Danube-Main Canal are within walking distance.

It is preferably rented to weekend home drivers.

At move out, you will be charged a final cleaning fee of approximately € 40. In the winter months October to April, a heating fee of € 50.00 is added.

The rent is inclusive of everything, there are no additional costs. GEZ fees are included.
