Rental object will be only rented to male and non-smoker.

Room is furnished with a kitchen in the cabinet with microwave and refrigerator, single bed (0.9 m wide), wardrobe and table with chair.

SAT-TV and Wi-Fi with VDSL are available.

The separate and light color tiled bathroom has a shower, wash basin, bathroom cabinet and a toilet. Flooring is cork.

The building has a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

A personal parking space provides the opportunity to park in front of the building. Bike storage space is available.

Bus stop "Stein Kirche" is within walking distance (approx. 800 m). Bus runs to stops to Röthenbach with connection to subway and from here it is 15 minutes to downtown.

Upon move-out a final cleaning fee of approx. EUR 80.00 based on cost and time will be charged.

Monthly rent is as stated plus costs for electricity based on consumption.
