The separate kitchen-cum-living-room is equipped with all utensils for daily use, such as a ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, free-standing refrigerator, microwave, kettle, etc. A dining table with 4 chairs is provided. A dining table with 4 chairs is also available.

The brightly tiled daylight bathroom has a shower, bathtub, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, washing machine, shelf and a toilet.

In the hallway there are coat hooks and a shoe rack.

The garden can be used as well.
Parking spaces are available in front of the house, subject to availability.

Upon moving out, a final cleaning fee of approx. € 100.00 will be charged according to expenditure.
