The living room is furnished with a couch, an armchair, a lowboard with flatscreen TV, shelves and a dining table with two chairs. Air conditioning is also available in this room.
The adjoining balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a bedside cabinet, a sideboard, a table with seating and a closet.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use, such as a ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, etc. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The cozy bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin with mirror and a toilet.

There is a checkroom with shoe rack in the hallway. There are a total of three storage rooms in the apartment, which offer additional storage space.

Parking spaces are available in front of the building, subject to availability.
A parking space can be rented for a monthly fee of € 100.00. Pets are allowed for a monthly fee of € 100.00.
Shopping facilities such as Norma and Kaufland are within walking distance.

When moving out, a final cleaning fee in the amount of 200.00 € according to effort.
