First Level
The spacious bedroom with bathroom with window and bathtub as well as a guest, child room or study, which may be furnished according to individual request.

Second Level
The fourth room will also be furnished according to special request. Room is accessible via a staircase, which is next to a bathroom.

Basement Level
Another room, which may be used as a hobby, work-out or family room. There is also a storage room and a small and practicable laundry/utility room with washing machine.
