Beautiful apartment with internet, patio and wonderful view over the roofs of Stuttgart

Shopping opportunities, restaurants, snack bars and banks are directly in front of the building. Access to public transportation (subway and bus) are only two walking minutes away. Marienplatz and Tübingerstrasse with various shopping opportunities, bars, restaurants are about 8 walking minutes away.

Apartment runs over two levels.

Lower level:
The spacious living and dining area with large sofa lounger, a dining table with chairs, a sideboard and beamer with Bluetooth speakers.
There is a new couch in the living room (not yet visible in the pictures).
The modern kitchen is open and modernly furnished and completely equipped. It also has a laundry dryer.
Bathroom with window has a shower with glass wall separator.
Ample amount of storage opportunity for clothing etc. is available in the entrance area of the apartment, as well as drawers below the staircase.

Upper level:
The comfortable bedroom is under the roof and furnished with a double bed (1.4 m wide). From here, the nice and half-roofed roof patio with view over Stuttgart South is accessible.

A storage shed in the basement may be used upon request.

Final cleaning fee is EUR 250.00.

Internet service is included in monthly rent.

Monthly rent includes all utility costs and is valid for one tenant.

Public broadcasting fee is tenant's responsibility - sign-up and payment.
