The spacious room with access to the balcony (shared with one flatmate) is furnished with a queen size bed (120x200), a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and a small sofa.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and is shared with a flatmate.
The modern fitted kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and shared with two flat mates.

The washing machine and dryer for shared use are in the cellar.

The final cleaning fee is EUR 80.00.

A bi-weekly cleaning service for the floors of the shared rooms and a monthly cleaning service for the floor of the room are included in the rent. Bed linen, towels and bedding (pillow and blanket) must be brought by the tenant or can be provided by the landlord for an extra charge of EUR 50.00.
