The apartment is located in a very central residential area. The market is only a few minutes walk away, as well as all shopping possibilities, restaurants and the Ludwigsburg railway station with direct S-Bahn connection. Also the Ludwigsburg Castle is practically in front of the door.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a lowboard with flat TV and a dining table with room for four people.
In the bedroom there is a queen size bed (160x200) and a wardrobe.
The third room is furnished with a single bed (extendable to twice 90x200) and a small desk.
The modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge-freezer is open to the living room and fully equipped.
The daylight bath has a bathtub. The washing machine is also located here.
