The approx. 50m² large apartment is located on the ground floor of a single-family house and is covered with laminate flooring.

The equipment of the living room includes a sofa with coffee table, sideboard with TV set and music system, as well as a dining table with 2 chairs.

In the separate kitchen there is another small dining table with two chairs. In addition, the kitchen offers the following electrical appliances and furnishings: Stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, cutlery, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils. Currently, a mini washing machine is installed. On request, this can also be exchanged for a dishwasher.

The bedroom is equipped with a closet, a bed of about 1.40 m, bedside table and a desk with chair. Bedding and bed linen are provided.

The daylight bathroom offers a shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit.

The apartment also includes a spacious outdoor seating area. Internet (WiFi) is included, but not suitable for home office. If home office is needed, there is a possibility to register a separate connection.

Parking is possible on the street.
