Description

The allergy-friendly room has a spacious sleeping/living area with a single bed, a small table with two armchairs and invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere. The adjoining daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. The view of the greenery is unique.
You can cook in the separate kitchen, which is used by other people in the house. It is bright, modern and tastefully furnished.
High-speed W-Lan is at your disposal. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
The room can be rented by one person for 660 euros/month incl. VAT and additional costs. A car parking space can be rented by arrangement for 40 euros/month. There is also an electric charging station in front of the house. A washer/dryer can be used for 5 euros/load. A change of towels and bed linen is a flat rate of 35 euros and is available on request. The final cleaning when moving out is 27 Euro/hour plus laundry fee.
