It is bright, modern, and tastefully furnished. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity. The room can be rented by one person for 660 euros/month including VAT and utilities. An additional person is possible upon request. A parking space can be rented for 40 euros/month upon request. There is also an electric charging station in front of the house. A washer/dryer can be used for 5 euros per load. Towel and bed linen change is available on request for a flat rate of 35 euros. Final cleaning upon moving out is 27 euros per hour plus a laundry fee.
