All stores for daily needs, Wiesbaden city center and public transport are in the immediate vicinity.

The living room is furnished with a leather sofa, a sideboard with flatscreen TV and a dining table with two chairs. From this room you have access to the balcony with a view of the greenery.

The sleeping area is separated from the living room and has a queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm) and a built-in wardrobe.

The separate fitted kitchen is fully equipped.

The bathroom with daylight has a bathtub.

There is a further built-in wardrobe in the hallway.

A coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer are available for shared use in the laundry room. Bed linen and towels are provided for the tenant. A cleaning service can be booked for an additional charge. When moving out, a final cleaning fee of 30 € per hour will be charged with the deposit.

Internet is included in the rent. A parking space can be rented for an additional charge, subject to availability.

The stated rent, which applies to one person, is a flat-rate rent including all additional costs. When renting for two people, the rent increases by 100 euros.
