All stores for daily needs, public transportation and laundromats are within walking distance. The location offers quick access to the B54 and B417. The spa gardens are in the immediate vicinity for relaxation.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a living room cupboard and a sideboard with flat screen TV.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm), a chest of drawers and a large closet.
The fitted kitchen with a small dining table is fully equipped.
The bathroom with daylight has a shower.
There is a wardrobe and a large built-in cupboard in the hallway.
The coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in a laundry room and are available to the tenant for communal use. Bed linen and towels are provided for the tenant. A final cleaning charge of 200 euros will be deducted from the deposit on moving out.
An internet connection is available, but WiFi is not included in the rent.
Electricity is charged in addition to the stated rent according to consumption. When renting for two people, the rent increases by 40 euros.
