A comfortably furnished apartment in an older building, located in a quiet yet very central area in a multi-family residence in Wiesbaden, right on Adolfsallee.
Wiesbaden’s main train station and all shops for daily necessities are within walking distance. The location offers excellent access to the A66 and A643 highways. There is a park nearby for relaxation.
The living and sleeping area is furnished with an armchair, a spacious built-in closet, a single bed (120 x 200 cm), a display cabinet, and a dresser with a smart TV.
The studio kitchen offers plenty of storage space and is equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator.
The toilet and shower are separate. You can access the shower room from the living area.
The washing machine is located in a laundry room in the basement and is available for the tenant’s exclusive use. Bed linens and towels are provided to the tenant. Upon move-out, a final cleaning fee of 150 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
An internet connection is available, but Wi-Fi is not included in the rent.
