In the bedroom there is a French bed (140 x 200 cm), a chest of drawers and a leather sofa. From this room you have access to a walk-in closet.

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with a seating area. From the kitchen, one has access to a very large roof terrace.

The bathroom with daylight has a ground level shower and a bidet.

Bed linen and towels are provided to the tenant. A washing machine is located in the basement. Upon moving out, a final cleaning fee of 200 euros will be charged with the deposit.
