The approx. 24m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house and is designed with a light laminate floor. The living room is furnished with a comfortable bed (1m x 2m), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers with TV, a desk with office chair, a couch and a small dining area. From here you can access the modern bathroom, in which there is a shower, a heated towel rail and a toilet. On the same floor via a small hallway outside the living room is the kitchen walk-in. The single kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, as well as two hotplates, a mini-oven, a small fridge and a kettle. In the basement there is a laundry facility for the tenant. The large garden can be used by the tenant.
The indicated rent includes a 150€ operating fee. WiFi is available as guest access for about 15 € per month and is billed directly with the landlady. When moving out, a final cleaning will be charged with the deposit depending on the effort.
Parking is possible on the street.
A rental is made only to a non-smoker.
