The furnishings include a red sofa bed, a wardrobe, a small coffee table, a flat-screen TV, half-height shelving units, a chest of drawers, and a chair/armchair in the hallway, as well as a folding table with two chairs. The solid wood kitchenette is equipped with two hotplates, a refrigerator, and all kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor and skirting board heating.
The stated rent includes a 150€ operating fee. Wi-Fi is included in the rent. The monthly cleaning fee is 20€. This will be billed directly to the landlord.
