The approx. 40m² large apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment house and is laid with carpet flooring. The kitchen is equipped with a dining area for two people and a small fitted kitchen. This is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, two hotplates and a microwave with barbecue function. Highlight of the apartment is the sunny roof terrace, which invites you to relax. In the hallway there is a small storage room, which is separated with an opaque curtain. The living and sleeping area is furnished with a 1.40m wide bed with a bedside table, a wardrobe, a comfortable couch and a small chest of drawers with a TV. The interior bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
The indicated rent includes an operating fee of 180€. Added to this are the costs of electricity according to consumption. The monthly cost for Internet is 30€. When renting for a 2nd person, a surcharge of 80€ will be charged. When moving out, a final cleaning will be charged with the deposit depending on the effort.
