The approx. 30m² apartment, which features parquet flooring, is located on the first floor of an apartment building.
The living and sleeping areas are furnished with a solid wood bed (0.90 x 2.00m), a 1.40m x 2m wide solid wood bed, a corner wardrobe, a desk, a TV, and a coffee table. Underfloor heating ensures even warmth. The kitchen is equipped with a high-quality kitchenette with two ceramic induction hobs, a fridge-freezer combination, a microwave-grill, a coffee machine (by request), a kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils. A dining area for two with a view of the Steigerwald forest invites you to relax with a good glass of wine. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, heated towel rails, and a toilet. A washing machine is available for shared use for a fee in the utility room. In addition to the rental price, there is a flat-rate operating cost charge of 230€. Wi-Fi and LAN (DSL) are already included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are also provided for the tenant. When moving out, a final cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit depending on the effort required. Bed linen, towels, and cooking utensils are provided. Free parking is available at the house. Dingolshausen is located at the foot of the Steigerwald forest in the Franconian wine region. Volkach can be reached by car in about 15 minutes, Schweinfurt, Haßfurt, and Kitzingen in about 20 minutes, and Bamberg and Würzburg in about 30 minutes.
