To be honest, my experience with this company was the best I’ve ever had when searching for a flat. Finding a place to live always makes me anxious, but thanks to Ms. Kress, who handled my rental contract, the entire process was not stressful but rather a truly positive experience. She always responded to my emails promptly with clear answers. Moreover, what I wanted to mention the most is her thoughtful support. Her flexibility and warmth always put me at ease, especially while I was overwhelmed with relocation and work. There were other great points; friendly support in English, and the accuracy of the property photos compared to the actual room.
