A few years ago I had to move to the Würzburg region for work. Since I was staying almost 400km away, it was almost impossible to travel all the way to come for viewings, whose outcomes are determined most of the time by the impression and feelings of the landlord after comparing all available candidates. HC24 Würzburg saved me all this stress by offering me a furnished apartment. Without viewing the apartment personally, I received the rental contract digitally and transferred the rents and deposit promptly. Everything went so smoothly thanks to the fact that Frau Kress and her colleagues replied very promptly to E-Mails. I would highly recommend HC24 to anyone who is a newcomer to Würzburg and the surrounding areas, who doesn't have the luxury of going through the usual competitive processs of searching for an accommodation.

Absolutely outrageous and shameless how people's hardship is being exploited here... demanding rents far above the local average for a small, mediocre apartment just because of a few cheap pieces of furniture... I hope this practice is banned soon and I wish you never find any tenants again.

Beware of renting through HC24!! Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with HC24. Communication with Ms. Kloose was extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. We were assured of things over the phone that were later suddenly no longer valid because they supposedly had to be submitted in writing – even though this was never mentioned beforehand. When we tried to clarify this, the tone became very aggressive. I was even told I was "not stupid" and should have known better. Then they simply hung up on me. My partner also called and was treated disrespectfully, and the call was terminated again. As long as it's about the rental itself, everything seems to go smoothly. However, if problems arise, you feel completely abandoned. Very disappointing and absolutely not customer-friendly.

A really good agency, they helped me through all the process and really offered me numerous options to decide which one fitted better to me. I recommend this company!

Update 11.11.2025: I sadly had to downgrade my review due to the nightmare situation of moving out. After 5 months of back and forth with no information about the status of my deposit return, I received initially a very small amount (80€!!!) out of the 1,590€ I paid, and then after emailing them in German officially requesting the list of damages/claims that they refused for 5 months to send, claiming the renovations at the apartment are not done yet for them to bill me, they immediately responded to me in a polite manner and saw to my money being returned to me the same day. So in the end, after a lot of stress, emails, and being left in the dark about what is this work being done, why do I have to wait for it to finish, and what is going to be charged to me, I got most of my Kaution back. I have still not received any claims for damages and have no idea why I had to wait so long. All of this could have been an honest miscommunication between landlord and agency but it could also be more nefarious than that. After all, the moment I switched from English to German in my emails and cited the German law I was immediately met with professionalism and an attitude unlike what I've seen before. Proceed at your own risk especially if you are a foreigner. Original review at the time of entering: Amazing service! I would definitely recommend. The apartments are a bit on the pricier side, but considering that they are all furnished, in great condition, and that the contracts are usually non-binding (perfect for shorter stays), it's the perfect solution for when you are looking to rent without being in the city at the moment (for mobilities for example). HC24 offers the security of avoiding scams and getting express service. The agents were so efficient that I was able to find and book an apartment within a day of contacting them! I was also able to find a pets-allowed apartment (even though the listings all say no pets allowed) so I encourage pet owners to try as well!

Top service – personal and competent! What fantastic service! Ms. Schmitt was incredibly helpful to me and my fiancée with organizing and handing over our apartment in Veitshöchheim.
