The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and has an integrated steam cooker and a dishwasher. From the bedrooms you have direct access to the garden at the back of the house. An underground parking space and a storage room in the basement belong to the apartment. All shops for daily use as well as public transportation are nearby and can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by foot. The monthly rent for 2 persons is Euro 1595.- incl. utilities plus prepayment for electricity Euro 80.-, plus final cleaning (charge according to expense). The monthly fee for a 3rd person is Euro 50.-. Wireless-LAN is available. The tenant should have a valid private liability insurance. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment.
