The living room / bedroom area is equipped with a comfortable bed (1.00 m) and a dining area for 2 persons. The floor-to-ceiling window offers electric external blinds.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped (2 ceramic hobs, oven - without dishwasher).

The bathroom offers a large floor-to-ceiling shower.

The rental price is for 1 person and does not include the following costs:

• WiFi 40 EUR
• Heating flat rate (October-April) 35 EUR
• Final cleaning (charged at EUR 35 net per hour)

The broadcasting fee is registered and paid by the tenant.
