The bright, light-filled living room (with linoleum flooring) is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a practical table that can be folded away from the wall when needed. This dining table seats up to 4 people. You will also find a workspace here that fits perfectly under the stairs.

The open kitchen (with dishwasher, no oven) is modern and well equipped.

The interior bathroom has a shower. Use of the washing machine/dryer is available for a fee.

The separate bedroom is located on the upper level (with high-quality textile flooring). It is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m), plenty of storage space (built-in wardrobe system), and an additional reading corner. The skylight allows plenty of light into the apartment.
