The open and exclusive kitchen equipped with everything for daily needs such as gas stove top with four hot plates, oven, American fridge, electric water kettle, pots etc.

The neighboring roof patio provides a wonderful view over Nürnberg with a table and chairs for enjoyable hours.

Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed (1.6 m wide), armchair, night stand and wardrobe.

The bathroom has a glass shower, bathtub, wash basin with mirror and toilet.
