Room is furnished with a Queen size bed [1.4 m wide], nightstand, desk with chair, dining table and chair, chest of drawers with that screen TV, wardrobe and a clothing rail.

Kitchen is furnished and equipped with everything for daily needs such as microwave with often, 2 hot plates, refrigerator, electric water kettle, dishes, pots etc.

Bathroom is titled in light color and has a bathtub with glass wall and shower equipment, wash basin with mirror, towel heater and WC.
Washing machine and dryer for shared use are in the basement.

Internet service is included in monthly rent.
On the ground level is a room for general use.
Smoking is only permitted on the roof patio or in the courtyard.

Resident parking spaces are nearby and a parking space may be rented in a close by parking garage.
