Bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.8 m wide), two nightstands, open wardrobe, armchair, coat rack/cabinet and a desk with chair.

The 3rd room may be used as a guest or 2nd bedroom room. It is furnished with a bed couch, coffee table, single bed (0.9 m wide), wardrobe, shelf and a desk with office chair. The neighboring balcony faces the quiet courtyard.

The nice eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything for daily needs such as stove, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric water kettle etc. A dining table with 4 chairs is also available.

The stylish and light color tiled bathroom with window has a shower, wash basin with mirror and console, shelf for towels, towel heater and a toilet.
