The red and open kitchen is equipped with everything for daily needs such as microwave with often, to hot plates, refrigerator, electric water kettle, dishes, pots etc.

Bathroom is tiled in light color and has a bathtub with glass wall and shower equipment, wash basin with mirror, shelves, towel heater and toilet.
Washing machine and dryer for shared use are in the basement.

Internet service is included in monthly rent.
On the ground level is a room for use available. A monthly cleaning service is included.
Smoking is only permitted on the roof patio in the courtyard.

Resident parking spaces are close by and a parking space can be rented for 75.00 € according to availability.
Shopping opportunities, cafés and downtown are within walking distance.
Next subway station is only to walking minutes away.

For the second person there is a surcharge of 100,00€.

A final cleaning fee is EUR 200.00, with higher effort more and will be charged upon move out.
