The living room is furnished with a pull-out corner couch, coffee table, flatscreen TV and a wall unit.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use, such as ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, Siemens refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc. A dining table with 4 chairs is also available.

The bedroom is furnished with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 2 bedside cabinets and a closet.

The stylish, brightly tiled daylight bathroom has a gas shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, heated towel rail and a toilet. The washing machine is for shared use in the cellar.

There is a checkroom in the hallway.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
Optionally and by arrangement, an outdoor parking space can be rented for a fee.

Shopping facilities such as ALDI, bakery, Can-Markt are within walking distance. The Hasenbuck subway station is right on the doorstep.

A final cleaning fee of approx. 250.00 € will be charged upon moving out.
