The single kitchen is equipped with all utensils of daily needs such as, dishes, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle etc.

The bright tiled bathroom has a shower, sink with mirror and vanity unit and a toilet. Washer and dryer (with coins) are available in the laundry room and can be used for a fee.

An underground parking space (double parking) is included in the rent.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Only 5 minutes walk to the subway. Vacuum cleaners, irons and ironing boards are also provided.

At move out, you will be charged a final cleaning fee of approx. 100 €.
