The furnishing of the modern living room consists of an anthracite-coloured sofa, coffee table, lowboard with flatscreen TV, large cube shelf, relax armchair and an oven.

The bedroom is furnished with a french bed (1,60x2,00 m), 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and a chest of drawers with flatscreen TV.

The bright fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils for daily use such as oven, ceramic hob with extractor fan, crockery, coffee machine, etc. The kitchen is equipped with a shower and a toilet. A dining place with 2 chairs is also available.

The stylish daylight bath has a bathtub with glass wall, washbasin with mirror, shelf and a washing machine (top loader). The toilet with washbasin is separate.

The study is furnished with a sofa bed, desk with office chair and a shelf.

Upon move-out, a final cleaning fee of approx. € 300.00 will be charged.

In addition to the stated rent, there are € 200.00 € in ancillary costs as well as electricity according to consumption. GEZ fees are tenant`s respnonsibility.
