Bright, friendly furnished room with wifi, large windows and view into the greenery, in a 2 room apartment on the 1st floor with own bathroom and kitchen in Oberasbach.

The 2nd room is only occasionally used 1-2 times per week by the landlady.

The room is furnished with a French bed, desk with chair and a wardrobe. A dining table with 2 chairs is also available. There will also be a TV soon.

The separate kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as dishes, dishwasher, stove, microwave etc.

The large daylight bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin with mirror and lower rim, and a toilet.

A cleaning service is available for 25,00 € per week.

The object is very conveniently and centrally located, by car you can reach Nuremberg in a few minutes and quickly reach the motorway. The railway station is only a few minutes walk away, by train it takes 8 minutes to Nuremberg.

Shopping possibilities like Lidl 300 m and a shopping centre with pharmacy, cafe, town hall, Pennymarkt, bank, stationery shop etc. are within walking distance. The nature reserve Hainberg (400m walking distance) is ideal for jogging.

Parking spaces are sufficiently available.

A weekly cleaning service is available for a fee.

A final cleaning fee of 100,00 € is charged when moving out.

The indicated rent is inclusive of everything, there are no additional costs.
