The kitchen-cum-living room is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as a ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, etc. A dining table with 6 chairs is also available.

The stylish, brightly tiled daylight bathroom has a shower with glass wall, washstand with mirror and vanity unit and a toilet. A washing machine is located in the laundry room.
