We rent an inexpensive, furnished 1 room apartment with WLAN in a beautiful, quiet location in Nuremberg South, Gartenstadt.
The apartment is completely new renovated and furnished.

Rental to male tenants is preferred!

The bedroom/living room is completely furnished with a single bedn (0,90x2,00m), mirrored closet, table, desk, flatscreen, and a black leather armchair.

The open kitchenette is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as a 2-plate hob, microwave, dishes, refrigerator, etc. A small table with chair is also available.

The modern grey tiled bathroom has a level shower, sink, towel heating and a toilet.

Bed linen and towels are the tenants responsibility.

Smoking is only allowed in the garden.

WLAN is included in the price.

There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (can be used for a small fee) and a separate storage room.

There is enough parking space in front of the house.

When moving out, a final cleaning fee of 100,00 € will be charged depending on the amount of work.

To the indicated rent 180.00 € additional costs will be added. GEZ fees are included.
