The 3rd room can be used as a guest room or study and is furnished with a separable bed on 2x (0.90x2.00 m), a shelf and a desk with office chair.

The open fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils of daily use such as a mobile stove with two ceramic hobs, cooking utensils, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. A dining table with 4 chairs and a bench is also available.

The daylight bathroom has a glass shower, corner bathtub, sink with mirror and vanity unit, and a toilet. Tall cabinets provide additional storage space.
