In the light-filled, 45 m² apartment, after the entrance and separate kitchen, you will be surprised by a very large room with an incredible distant view, which on a clear day extends all the way to the Alps. The modern daylight bathroom includes a large shower, a sink, and a toilet.

The open-plan living and sleeping area, with light beech parquet flooring, is furnished with a 160 cm wide bed with a first-class mattress (mattress topper included), a spacious wardrobe, a dining/work table with two chairs, and a high-quality sofa bed (sleeps 2). A Wi-Fi-enabled TV and a 15" monitor for laptops with HDMI cable are also available.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner stove, microwave/grill, and various kitchen appliances. As it also serves as the entrance area, there are large closets for coats and storage space.

Down duvet and pillows, bed linen, and bath/hand/kitchen towels are provided. All you need to do is put down your suitcase and you are immediately fully equipped. The rent includes heating (geothermal, extra fan heater), water, and fast Wi-Fi connection. Electricity is billed according to consumption, interim cleaning on request, final cleaning: 95 euros.
