The apartment is located on the second floor of a well-kept apartment building and is easily accessible via an elevator. The approximately 35 m² living space is fitted with modern vinyl flooring and offers a pleasant living ambience. The small entrance hallway with a practical cupboard leads into the light-flooded living and sleeping area. This is furnished with a single bed including pillow, comforter and comforter cover, a comfortable sofa with sleeping function and a sideboard with TV - ideal for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is functional and slightly separated from the living area. It has a four-ring hob, an oven and a fridge with freezer compartment. A microwave can be provided if required. Basic crockery and cooking utensils are also provided. There is also a small adjoining balcony. The interior bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin with mirror and a WC. For added convenience, there is a washing facility in the basement for a fee.
