The spacious living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, consisting of a large sofa and a two-seater, as well as side tables and a floor lamp. The subtle grey tones of the upholstered furniture create an attractive contrast to the historic wooden elements.

Directly adjoining the living area is the dining area, furnished with a wooden dining table and four chairs. A traditional white stove is a particular eye-catcher and blends harmoniously with the historic ambience, adding to the cosy atmosphere.

One of the highlights of the apartment is the balcony with a view of Ulm Minster. From here, you can enjoy the central location as well as a beautiful view over the rooftops of the city.

Stairs lead to the upper level of the apartment, where there is an additional cosy seating area with a sofa bed. This area is ideal as a reading, relaxation or retreat space and can also be used as an additional sleeping area if required.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed including bed linen. Several wooden and built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space and blend harmoniously with the historic architecture.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin with vanity unit and mirror. Bright surfaces combined with the distinctive wooden beams create an attractive blend of modern comfort and original architectural features.

For additional comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning on both levels, ensuring pleasant indoor temperatures even during the warmer summer months.

The apartment is rented fully furnished and includes sofas, dining furniture, bed, wardrobes, lighting and additional furnishings. Exposed timber framing, natural wood, the individual layout, air conditioning on both levels and, last but not least, the balcony with its view of Ulm Minster give this apartment its very special character.

The rent includes utilities. A monthly electricity consumption of up to 200 kWh is included in the rent. Any additional consumption will be charged separately based on actual usage. Due to the central city location, parking options in the immediate vicinity are limited.

Final cleaning is charged according to the actual time required at €39.90 net per hour.
