The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is also a small table with 4 chairs. From here you have access to a terrace and the outdoor area. The modern daylight bathroom with shower is also located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is also a separate WC and a storage room for general use as well as the outdoor area with a patio, a conservatory-like extension, a bicycle storage area and the entire garden area can be used by all residents.
