The lounge, kitchen and bathroom are shared rooms and are used by up to 3 other flatmates. The lounge has a comfortable sofa, a large dining table and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is also a small table with 4 chairs. From here you have access to a terrace and the outdoor area. The modern daylight bathroom with shower is also located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is also a separate WC and a storage room for general use as well as the outdoor area with a patio, a conservatory-like extension, a bicycle storage area and the entire garden area can be used by all residents. Parking spaces are available in front of the house or on the street. There is a washing machine and dryer in the cellar. Bed linen and towels can be brought by yourself or can be provided by the landlords - if towels and bed linen are provided, the tenant will be charged for cleaning. W-Lan is available.
