This lovely shared flat room is one of four such rooms and is situated on the first floor of a house in a fantastic location on the slopes of the Tüllinger Berg in Lörrach. The room features a double bed (180/200), a large wardrobe, a small dining table that seats two people, and a chest of drawers providing ample storage space. This shared flat room has a balcony overlooking the garden. The lounge, kitchen and bathroom are communal areas and are shared with up to three other flatmates. The lounge features a comfortable sofa, a large dining table and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is also a small table with four chairs here. From here, you can access a terrace and the outdoor area. On the ground floor, there is also a modern bathroom with natural light and a shower. On the first floor, there is also a separate toilet and a storage room for general use, as well as the outdoor area with outdoor seating, a conservatory-style extension and a bicycle shelter, all of which can be used by all flatmates. Car parking spaces are available in front of the house or on the street. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are located in the basement. Wi-Fi is available. Bed linen and towels can be brought by the tenant or provided by the landlords – if towels and bed linen are provided, the tenant will be charged for the cleaning. The room can be rented by one person for 750 euros per month, including all service charges. For a second person, a surcharge of 125 euros per month, including service charges, applies. Utility bills are calculated based on energy consumption – any additional charges will be shared equally amongst all tenants. If the flat is occupied by one person, overnight guests are permitted by arrangement with the landlords for 15 euros per night. Final cleaning is charged at 25 euros per hour.

The deposit is negotiable and is between 1 and 3 months rent.
