The lounge has a comfortable sofa, a large dining table and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is also a small table with 4 chairs. From here you have access to a terrace and the outdoor area. The modern daylight bathroom with shower is also located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is also a separate WC and a storage room for general use as well as the outdoor area with a patio, a conservatory-like extension, a bicycle storage area and the entire garden area can be used by all residents. Parking spaces are available in front of the house or on the street. There is a washing machine and dryer in the cellar. W-Lan is available.
