From here you can access a terrace and the outdoor area. On the ground floor there is also a modern daylight bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is also a separate toilet and a storage room for general use. as well as the outdoor area with a patio, a winter garden-like extension, a bicycle storage space and the entire garden area can be used by all residents.
