On the 1st floor there is also a separate WC and a storage room for general use, as well as the outdoor area with patio, a conservatory-like extension, a bicycle storage area and the entire garden area can be used by all residents. Parking spaces are available in front of the house or on the street. There is a washing machine and dryer in the cellar.
