In the entrance area there is a very large dining table with corner bench and dining table and a cupboard with large safe.

The bright kitchen with utensils, microwave, refrigerator, many cupboards and drawers in the hall of the apartment.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a dresser.

The white tiled bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink, toilet and window.
There is a second additional and separate guest toilet.

The living room - overlooking the green garden - is furnished with a big wall, a sofa with coffee table and a small table with TV.

With arrangements with the landlord, a laundry service (towels and sheets) and any possible vacuumming is available for a small fee.

Many shops are located in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

!!! The apartment is only rented to one person !!!

Upon move-out a final cleaning fee of EUR 150.00 will be charged according to effort.

The rent is plus 210.00 € utility costs. GEZ fees are inlcuded.
