We rent an exclusively furnished 2-room apartment with WLAN in the popular north of Nuremberg.

The apartment is absolutely quiet and yet very conveniently located. The subway station is directly in front of the front door.

The entire apartment has a silk matt industrial concrete floor with underfloor heating.

In the large living area there is a corner couch with sleeping function, coffee table, TV wall with flat screen, stereo system, a dining table and a desk. The modern, open, white high-gloss kitchen is completely furnished with ceramic hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, refrigerator and all utensils for daily use.

The bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200cm), a large wardrobe, mirror, bedside table and chest of drawers. From the bedroom there is access to the courtyard/garden.

The brightly tiled daylight bath, newly renovated in January 2020, has a washbasin with mirror, glass shower with a massage steam shower and a toilet.

A separate laundry room with washing machine is available.

A final cleaning fee of 200,00 € is due upon moving out.

Electricity is added to the rent according to consumption. The second person will be charged by 120,00 €. GEZ is a matter of tenancy.
